The BEST experience we have had with a sitter!! We were blessed to have Molly as our sitter and she was amazing! Our babies ( 2 and 6 mo ) were so well taken care of! We will absolutely request her again! Thank you Molly! Our trip was so memorable and you were a big part of that !

Honestly, every sitter we’ve had through this service has been wonderful—professional, caring, and truly great with kids. Unfortunately, the experience is overshadowed by the management. The manager, Danni, has consistently shown a lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service skills. The company also has a habit of adding unexpected fees without prior notice, which feels like you’re being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. In my most recent experience, my scheduled sitter was canceled simply because I asked to see a résumé and qualifications—especially important when you’re being charged $54 an hour and leaving your children in the care of a stranger. It’s a shame, because the sitters themselves are fantastic. They deserve to be supported by leadership that is just as professional, respectful, and transparent as they are.

The woman running this company is very unprofessional, especially when considering she’s in the business of helping parents care for their children. She was very rude throughout the process of booking a sitter. When we asked for a resume or bio on the caregiver who was placed with our family the response was “We don't send resumes. We r a business and we vet the Sitters.” (sic) I can appreciate that the company does their part in finding competent caregivers, however it isn’t a huge ask to then pass on some information to parents to give them some peace of mind when leaving their children with a stranger. This behavior could have all been overlooked if the care provided to our children had been exceptional or even status quo, but ultimately we were not satisfied with the care we received. We would recommend you look elsewhere when vacationing in Telluride.

We used Telluride Sitters on a family vacation in July 2021. Super professional, easy to use app. I was able to select from sitter’s profiles and find a great fit. We were paired with Julie. She provided a safe, creative, and nurturing daytime childcare experience for our two and six year old. I was able to chat with her prior to our commitment. She planned a fantastic outdoor experience for the kids and even arranged to have a wagon available to schlep the kids around the town and show them the sites. Julie was great and the kids loved interacting with her. We will definitely use this service again when we visit the area.
